MSD of Warren Township (Warren) is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified vendors that can provide a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support the District’s financial, payroll, human resources, procurement, and operational management functions that meets the scope and intent of the district as described in this RFP.
